Based in Washington, DC, the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) is the leadership of the trillion-dollar apartment industry. We bring together the prominent owners, managers and developers who help create thriving communities by providing apartment homes for 35 million Americans. NMHC provides a forum for insight, advocacy and action that enables both members and the communities they help build to thrive.

The NMHC Apartment Strategies/Finance Conference brings the apartment industry's CEOs, CFOs, lenders, investors and senior-level staff officers together for high-level exchanges and frank conversations. Open to NMHC members and non-members, the conference will address what is going on in the current marketplace.

MEETING REGISTRATION
NMHC’s 2014 Apartment Strategies/Finance Conference is open to NMHC members and non-members. Conference attendee fees or waivers do not include hotel room charges. The registration policy is as follows:

• NMHC Executive Committee Members: receive three (3) complimentary registrations and may register additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
• NMHC Board of Directors Members: receive one (1) complimentary registration and may register additional representatives for a fee of $600 each;
• NMHC Advisory Committee and Associate Members: may register representatives for a fee of $600 each;
• 2014 Chairman's Circle ($50,000 or more): receive four (4) complimentary registrations;
• 2014 Friends of the Council ($25,000 to $49,999): receive two (2) complimentary registrations;
• 2014 Overall Conference Sponsors ($15,000): receive two (2) complimentary registrations; and
• Non-members: may register representatives for a fee of $1,200 each.

Registration is contingent upon membership dues being current.

The 2014 NMHC Spring Board of Directors Meeting will be held on May 13 & 14 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston immediately after, but independently of, the 2014 NMHC Apartment Strategies/Finance Conference. Separate registration is required for each meeting.

MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY
Meeting cancellations must be sent in writing to NMHC. Written requests for meeting cancellation refunds prior to ten (10) business days before the start of the meeting are entitled to a full refund, minus a processing fee of $250. No meeting cancellation refunds will be granted within ten (10) business days prior to meeting commencement.

LATE/ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registrations received after May 2, including on-site registrations, will incur an additional fee of $200 and may result in your name and company being excluded from the printed attendee list.

On-site registration will open on May 12 at the NMHC registration desk at the Fairmont Copley Plaza.
